What is your MOQ?
MOQ starts from 50 units per model. Mixed models are allowed in one container, so distributors can test several categories before committing to full container loads.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C and Western Union. PayPal is accepted for sample orders.
How long is production and delivery?
Lead time is typically 5-25 days after deposit depending on model and order size. Sea, air and express shipping are available.
Which certifications do your products have?
EN71 and CE are standard across the kids range. CPC and CPSC are available for the US market, and selected electric products carry CPSC approval. ISO 9001 and BSCI cover our factory and social compliance. Documentation is confirmed per model in the quotation.
Can you customize products (OEM/ODM)?
Yes - colours, decals, logo placement, packaging design and full product development are supported. For electric models we also customise battery labelling and certification scope for your market.
Do you offer samples before a bulk order?
Yes, sample orders are welcome and shipped by express (DHL/FedEx/UPS). Sample cost is confirmed in your quotation.
Can I mix different models in one container?
Yes. Mixed-model containers are welcome from MOQ 50 units, which lets distributors spread their initial inventory across several best-selling models.
What voltage and plug do electric models use?
Electric bikes and scooters run on 36V and 48V lithium systems. We configure chargers and plugs for your destination country at no extra charge.
How do you pack products for export?
Cartons are reinforced with double-wall corrugated board and moisture protection, then palletised for sea freight or handed to express couriers for sample orders. Container loading quantity is provided per model.
Can you ship to my country and handle customs?
We export to 162 countries and prepare full shipping documents. For DDP or door-to-door delivery, our logistics team will quote the total landed cost.
What information do you need for a quotation?
Model or product interest, quantity, destination port/country and certification requirements. With that we reply within 24 business hours.
Can I visit your factory?
Yes, factory visits are welcome by appointment. We have a 15,000 m² facility in Hebei, China - contact us to arrange a visit and see the production line.
